Interstate 10/110 Interchange Upgrade
The project widened a three mile segment of Interstate 10 to six lanes. The project featured improvements to the I-10/Davis Highway an I-10/110 interchanges. A central feature of the $76 million project was the construction of a flyover ramp at the I-10/110 interchange. The ramp seamlessly connects I-10 westbound traffic to I-110 southbound. The project also included the replacement of four overpasses and the addition of four new bridges.
ABC Group developed and administered the public information activities for the multi-year project. Activities included media, government and community relations. The firm maintained the project website; facilitated public meetings; developed news releases, fact sheets and brochures; provided public presentations for a variety of stakeholders; and performed door-to-door canvasses throughout the project work zone to establish and maintain personal/professional relationships residents and business owners.
