ABC Group is providing public information support for the $80 million U.S. 98 widening project in Destin and Miramar Beach, Florida. Our public information team has developed and implemented a comprehensive community awareness plan (CAP) to provide accurate and timely information. We are responsible for continuous outreach to key stakeholders, including The Howard Group, The Sandestin Outlet Mall and multiple resorts along the corridor.
Our public information team is using news releases, e-newsletters and social media to inform and engage the community and major stakeholders.
Be Water Wise Campaign, Ascension Parish, La.
Ascension Parish, in conjunction with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), launched a program to analyze water quality in the Lake Pontchartrain basin.
ABC Group developed a comprehensive community outreach plan for Ascension Parish government in support of parish water quality improvement efforts. Our creative team also developed the campaign brand “Be Water Wise”, along with the logo and collateral material including facts sheets, informational brochures and kid-friendly collateral.
Livingston Parish Fire and Protection District 4, Walker, La.
ABC Group is the marketing and public relations consultant for the Livingston Parish Fire and Protection District 4 (LPFPD4) located in Walker, Louisiana.
Our team collaborated with LPFPD4 leadership in developing and implementing a comprehensive re-branding program that included a redesigned logo, website and social media presence. NovaStem, Regenerative Medicine and Aesthetics, Destin, Fla.
The NovaSTEM Center, a regenerative medical and aesthetics clinic, was in need of a comprehensive branding campaign prior to opening their doors in Florida. Upon conducting local marketing research, ABC Group's creative team led the medical spa through a comprehensive branding campaign - developing the name, logo and brand identity that match the modern, luxurious, cutting-edge feel of the physical clinic. We also developed a strategic marketing and advertising plan that highlighted NovaStem's unique and innovative services. And finally, beautifully designed marketing materials were developed to help implement the strategy and compliment the carefully crafted brand.
U.S. 331 Bridge Construction Project, Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.
ABC Group is providing public information support for construction of the new U.S. 331 Bridge across Choctawhatchee Bay in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. Responsibilities include development and implementation of a Community Awareness Plan, development of news releases, fact sheets, and presentation graphics, as well as special events planning.
Our team is also responsible for managing stakeholder correspondence, social media platforms, and the production of a video documentary detailing the $118 million construction project.
Dynamic Pain and Wellness
Treating individuals in pain with compassion and respect is Dynamic Pain and Wellness' mission. Dynamic also offers new, innovative regenerative procedures to treat pain that, at the time, weren't offered anywhere else in the region. The new medical practice was in need of marketing plan and materials that highlighted their mission and the new cutting-edge techniques used to treat injuries, illness and strain.
ABC Group's talented creative team developed Dynamic's marketing collateral and materials that highlighted their unique mission and specialized treatments.
Jeff Burst Charity Invitational Golf Tournament
ABC Group provides pro bono support for the annual Jeff Burst Charity Invitational Golf Tournament. The event raises funds for a variety of worthwhile charities that include the Pitt Hopkins Research Foundation, The Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and others.
ABC Group led the branding effort to design the event logo and all marketing collateral for the tournament (brochures, entry forms, golf shirts, signage, etc.). In addition, we were responsible for all media relations support for the event.
I-49 “Geaux South” Program
Construction to transform the current U.S. 90 corridor is the major transportation infrastructure initiative of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD). ABC Group provided comprehensive public information support designed to communicate accurate, timely and consistent information to all stakeholders. Work began with a community impact assessment in Lafayette Parish to evaluate impacts on adjacent commercial properties, and continued to include development of the department’s public information strategy.
Surgical Associates of Marshall County
The Surgical Associates of Marshall County (SAMC) wanted to focus on growing their practice by offering new surgical technologies. As a result, this group of general surgeons directed their interest toward the growing obesity epidemic by specializing in laparoscopic weight loss surgery and other emerging technologies.
ABC Group's creative team assisted SAMC in branding its weight loss program (surgical and non-surgical). We also assisted in implementing the brand by developing a web site and other marketing collateral for their company.
S.R. 123 Widening Project, Okaloosa County, Fla.
ABC Group provides public information support for the $33 million State Road 123 improvement project in Okaloosa County, Florida. Our team provided continuous outreach to key stakeholders, including Eglin Air Force Base, developed news releases and e-newsletters to keep stakeholders aware of the project’s progress and managed social media engagement.
Unique to this project, was the possibility of the construction team encountering unexploded ordnance from previous weapons testing by the U.S. Air Force. ABC Group developed a separate crisis communications plan including pre-approved news releases, social media posts and emergency response flow charts.
Hurlburt Field Main Entrance Construction Project, Okaloosa County, Fla.
ABC Group was the public information coordinator for the $25.9 million project to construct a grade separated interchange for U.S. 98 at the main entrance to Hurlburt Field.
Responsibilities include development/implementation of the community awareness plan (CAP), special events planning, coordination with the base public affairs office, development of news releases, management of stakeholder correspondence, and use of social media communications.
I-10 Widening Project, Escambia County, Fla.
ABC Group manages public information activities for the $43.1 million project to widen Interstate 10 and Scenic Highway in Escambia County, Florida.
The public information team created a proactive community awareness plan that facilitated regular correspondence with government officials and key stakeholders, project e-newsletters and news releases, social media engagement and management of stakeholder correspondence.
Marquis Bayou Bridge Replacement Project, Santa Rosa County, Fla.
